My toolbox includes a diverse set of programs. I'm proficient in Figma and Figjam but I originally learned to design on Sketch and in the Adobe suite. For workshops I'm familiar with Mural, and Miro although I prefer Figjam. For testing I mostly utilize Maze but have experience in usertesting.
Project timelines vary based on complexity and scope. I've worked to create detailed timelines during initial discussions, taking into account project requirements and specific deadlines. I've worked on projects from as short at 4 weeks all the way to almost 2 years. My understanding of both types of projects means I can usually adapt to whatever is needed.
I have been working in an agile project management approach for the past 6 years. I find this provides the most flexibility and adaptability throughout the project lifecycle. Regular feedback loops and iterative development allow me to ensure i'm delivering the highest-quality results.

I welcome feedback directly and as often as possible throughout the project. I like to set a regular check-in cadence to ensure there are ample opportunities for feedback. This is true for ensuring that the work and working together aligns with the goal vision and expectations. I like direct written or verbal feedback so adjustments can be made as needed.
Yes, I have experience conducting stakeholder interviews, user interviews, conducting testing analysis and synthesizing. I have conducting wireframe testing, prototype testing, and live site testing. I feel testing is vital to ensuring the experience meets true user needs and expectations so testing with a wide sample and knowing your segments is really important.
I believe that it is possible to create designs that are both intuitive, easy to use, and beautiful. I never want users to feel frustrated or confused. Above all else, I strive to be empathetic to the users, their situations, and inject behavioral design tactics wherever possible.
